Terms of Service

1. What AIMADANG is

AIMADANG helps people find projects and collaborators. It is not a recruitment agency, not an outsourcing broker, and not a party to any agreement you make with another user.

The service is free to use. There is no commission, no escrow, no settlement and no paid quoting. If that ever changes, we will say so clearly in advance.

2. Accounts

You need an account to post a project, apply to a role, or publish a profile. You are responsible for what you publish and for keeping your login details safe.

You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deleting removes your profile, your published work, your AI assets and your applications.

3. Projects, applications and teams

Anyone with an account can post a project, list the roles they need, and receive applications. Project owners decide who to accept and who to decline.

Accepting an application adds that person to the project team on AIMADANG. That is a record on this service — it is not a contract. Any agreement about scope, schedule, payment or ownership is made directly between you and the other people involved.

4. Rates and terms

Experts may publish the rate they would like to work for. Project owners may publish the terms they are offering: unpaid collaboration, a fixed fee, revenue share, equity or a mix.

These numbers are published by the people themselves. AIMADANG does not verify them, does not judge whether they are reasonable, and does not calculate market rates. Treat them as a starting point for a conversation, never as a confirmed price.

5. Reviews

A review can only be written after a collaboration has been marked complete, and only by someone who actually took part in that project. You cannot review yourself, and you cannot review the same person twice for the same project.

AIMADANG never generates, estimates or adjusts a rating. Every review is written by a person. Reviews that are knowingly false may be removed and may lead to restrictions on the account that posted them.

6. What is not allowed

The details, and how reports are handled, are set out in the Community Policy.

• Impersonating another person or organisation, or misrepresenting your experience.
• Presenting someone else's work as your own.
• Spam, bulk unsolicited outreach, or advertising unrelated to a project.
• Harassment, discrimination, or content that is sexual, violent or hateful.
• Anything illegal, and anything that infringes another person's rights.
• Collecting other users' personal information from the service, or using it for recruiting lists or marketing.

7. Reports and restrictions

Anyone can report a project, a profile or an application. We check reports against the original material before acting. A report on its own never triggers automatic deletion or a penalty.

Where a rule has been broken we may hide the content, restrict the account, or remove it. If a restriction was applied in error, tell us through the contact page and we will restore it.

8. Copyright and intellectual property

You keep every right you already hold in what you publish. By publishing on AIMADANG you allow us to display it on the service and in search results here — nothing more.

Do not upload work you do not have the right to publish. If you believe something here infringes your rights, contact us with the details and a link, and we will review it.

Ownership of anything a team produces together is a matter for the team. Agree it in writing between yourselves before you start.

9. Public information profiles

Some profiles on AIMADANG were built from publicly available sources rather than created by the person. They are clearly marked and are never presented as members.

There is no apply or message button on those profiles. Only contact details the person published themselves are shown. How they are collected, and how to take one over, correct it, hide it or have it deleted, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

10. Our responsibility

AIMADANG provides a place to find each other. We do not guarantee that a project will be completed, that a collaborator will perform well, that information published by users is accurate, or that any particular outcome will follow.

We are not a party to agreements between users and we do not mediate payment. We are not liable for loss arising from an agreement between users, except where the law says otherwise.

We may change or suspend parts of the service. Where a change materially affects you, we will give notice in advance.

11. Disputes

Please try to resolve disagreements directly with the other people involved first. We can help with what is recorded on the service — who applied, who was accepted, what was published and when.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
