Community Policy
How profiles, projects, applications and collaboration are expected to work here.
Last updated · 30 July 2026
AIMADANG works when what people publish is true and when people treat each other decently. This page explains the standard we hold, what is not allowed, and what happens when something is reported.
1. Profiles
- Describe your own experience. Do not claim work you did not do.
- The level you show for an AI tool is your own statement — say what is true.
- Publish work you have the right to publish, and make your role in it clear.
- The rate you ask for is yours to set. AIMADANG does not check it, so do not present it as an official price.
2. Projects
- Say what you are actually trying to build, and keep the roles specific.
- State the terms honestly: unpaid, fixed fee, revenue share or equity. Do not describe unpaid work as paid.
- Do not use a project post to advertise something else or to collect contact details.
- Keep the status current. Close roles you have filled and mark the project complete when the work is done.
3. Applications and collaboration
- Apply to roles you can actually take on, and say what you can do.
- Answer applications. Accepting or declining clearly is better than silence.
- Agree scope, schedule and terms directly with each other before starting.
- If you have to step away, say so early.
4. Reviews
Reviews exist so that real collaboration leaves a record. They are restricted on purpose:
- Only after the project has been marked complete.
- Only by someone who actually took part in that project.
- One review per person per project, and never about yourself.
- Write about the collaboration — what was done, how it went. Not personal remarks.
Trading reviews, writing reviews for a project that never happened, or using a second account to review yourself will lead to removal of the reviews and restrictions on the accounts involved. AIMADANG never creates or estimates a rating.
5. Not allowed
- Impersonation: pretending to be another person, company or organisation.
- False information: invented careers, fabricated results, made-up collaboration history.
- Spam: repeated posting, bulk unsolicited messages, advertising unrelated to a project.
- Discrimination and harassment: attacks or exclusion based on gender, age, region, disability, nationality, religion or sexual orientation.
- Illegal content: anything unlawful, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes another person's rights.
- Misuse of data: collecting other users' information from the service, or using it for recruiting lists or marketing.
6. Reports, review and action
Anyone can report a project, a profile or an application. Reports are visible only to administrators, and the person reported is not notified before it is checked.
We compare the report against the original material. Where the material is public, we check it against the source. A report alone never causes automatic deletion or a penalty.
- Minor or first-time issues: we ask for a correction.
- Clear breaches: the content is hidden or removed.
- Serious or repeated breaches: the account is restricted or removed.
If action was taken in error, tell us through the contact page. We will re-check and restore what was wrongly removed. Filing reports in bad faith is itself a breach.
7. Contacting people on public profiles
Some profiles were built from public sources. Those people are not members here, have not agreed to anything, and their availability is unknown.
- Use only the contact they published themselves, and only through the link shown.
- Say who you are and why you are writing, in your first message.
- Do not send bulk or repeated messages, and stop if they ask you to.
- Never use those contacts for advertising, recruiting lists or mailing lists.
- If someone asks to be removed, we take the entry down — do not contact them again.
Misusing collected contact details is treated as a serious breach and leads to account restriction.
8. Restoring an account
If your account was restricted and you believe it was a mistake, or you have fixed what was wrong, write to us through the contact page with the details. We will look at it again and restore access where it is warranted.
