Privacy Policy

1. What we collect from members

We do not ask for a phone number, a home address, a resident registration number, or any payment details, because the service does not need them.

• Account: email address and password. The password is stored only as a hash — we never see it.
• Profile: name or handle, intro, about text, country and region, time zone, languages, roles and specialties, AI tools you use, ways you can work, terms you accept, the rate you ask for, and any links you add.
• Work and AI assets: titles, descriptions, images and links you publish.
• Activity: projects you post, applications you send and receive, team membership, saved items, alerts, reviews you write, and reports you file.

2. Why we use it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

• To run your account and let you log in.
• To show your profile and projects, and to make them findable in search.
• To deliver applications, team changes and alerts.
• To review reports and keep the service usable.

3. Who processes it

AIMADANG runs on two service providers, and your data is stored with them:

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage. Your account and every record described above are held here.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery. Requests to the site pass through Vercel, which keeps standard access logs.

4. What is public and what is not

A public profile, your published work, your public AI assets, and projects set to public are visible to anyone, including people who are not logged in. This is the point of the service, so publish accordingly.

Your email address is never shown on your public profile. Applications and their messages are visible only to you and the project owner. Alerts, saved items and reports are visible only to you and, where necessary, to an administrator.

You can set your profile to private at any time, and you can hide individual pieces of work or AI assets.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account exists. When you delete your account we delete your profile and the records attached to it, including your work, AI assets and applications.

Some records may remain where the law requires it, or where they are needed to resolve an open report or dispute. Server access logs kept by our providers expire on their own schedule.

6. Deleting your account

Account → Delete account removes your profile and attached records immediately. This cannot be undone.

If you opened projects, sort them out before deleting — you will not be able to manage them afterwards.

7. Public-information profiles

Some entries on AIMADANG were not created by the person they describe. They were collected from public sources so that people can discover who builds what with AI.

We only collect from sources whose robots.txt and terms allow it, and we use official APIs where they exist. We do not go around technical blocks, and we do not collect from sources that forbid it.

• What we store: the name or handle shown publicly, a summary of public work, field and tools, links to the public work, and the link to the original page.
• Contact details: only links the person published on their own public profile — homepage, GitHub, X, LinkedIn, or an email address they listed themselves.
• What we never do: guess or assemble an email address, pull contact details out of third-party documents, or collect phone numbers or physical addresses.

8. Source and check date

Every collected entry shows the source, a link to the original page, the date it was first collected and the date it was last checked.

We re-check entries periodically. When an original page has been removed, the entry is hidden automatically.

9. If an entry is about you

You can take it over, correct it, hide it or have it deleted. Open the entry and use the request form.

• Take over: after we confirm it is you, the entry becomes your profile and you edit it yourself.
• Correct: tell us what is wrong and we will fix or remove it.
• Hide or delete: we will take it down.

For a takeover we ask for a public link on the source page that shows the account is yours. We do not ask for identity documents and we do not collect a new contact address from you. Nothing is processed automatically — an administrator checks against the original first, so that nobody can claim someone else's entry.

10. Your rights

You can see, correct, export or delete your information at any time. Most of it is editable directly in your profile; for anything else, use the contact page.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
